Once Google Calendar is connected, you can ask Kairo things like “Schedule lunch with Maya tomorrow at noon” or “What’s on my calendar Friday?” and the changes happen on your real calendar.

Before you start

You need:

Steps

1

Open the Integrations page

From the Kairo dashboard, go to Integrations in the sidebar. Find the Google Calendar card and click Connect.
2

Authorize with Google

You’ll be redirected to Google’s consent screen. Sign in (or pick the account you want to use) and review the permissions Kairo is requesting:
  • See and edit events on calendars you own
  • Read your basic profile information
Click Allow.
3

You're connected

Google sends you back to Kairo. The Integrations page now shows Google Calendar as Connected.
4

Try it from Telegram

Send the Kairo bot a message: “What’s on my calendar today?” — Kairo will list your events. Try also: “Schedule a 30-minute call with Sam tomorrow at 3pm.”

What Kairo can do with your calendar

CapabilityExample
Create events”Book lunch with Maya tomorrow at noon”
List events”What’s on my calendar this week?”
Update events”Move that 3pm to 4pm”
Delete events”Cancel #2” (after listing)

Privacy

Kairo only sees events on calendars you own and only when you ask about them. Kairo doesn’t read your calendar in the background.

Troubleshooting

The integration disconnected — usually because Google access was revoked from your Google security settings. Re-connect from Integrations.
Disconnect Google Calendar from the Integrations page, then connect again with the new account.
Kairo creates events on your primary calendar. Multi-calendar selection is on the roadmap.
